Cost of Counseling Sessions

Fees are based on a sliding scale that looks at your net income (take home pay) & the number of dependents in the house as well as whether you are a single-income or dual-income household. My rates are affordable for most income levels. Sorry, I do not accept insurance.

Since I am employed by Institute of Advanced Studies, a non-profit organization, I am able to offer sliding scale counseling services. We accept PayPal, major credit cards, & debit cards.

If you have out-of-network mental health coverage through your medical insurance provider, I can provide you with a monthly super bill so that you can file a manual claim for reimbursement based on what your plan allows.

How it works: Get in touch & provide me with your monthly net income amount (take home after taxes) and the number of people in your household, and I will match you up with the corresponding fee amount on the sliding scale.
